## Für unseren Standort Ilshofen suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst.

## Das erwartet Sie

  • Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Kundenanfragen und -bestellungen
  • Angebotserstellung sowie Auftragserfassung und -bearbeitung im ERP-System
  • Übernahme der allgemeinen Kundenkommunikation
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen und Versanddokumenten
  • Organisation von Speditionsanmeldungen
  • Erstellung von Export- und Zolldokumenten
  • Stammdatenanlage und -pflege
  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale und der allgemeinen Kundenkommunikation
  • Teilhabe an der Ausbildung von Auszubildenden gemäß Ausbildungsplan

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Prioritätensetzung, Zeitmanagement und Eigeninitiative
  • Kenntnisse im Export- und Zollbereich wünschenswert
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit (intern und extern)
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Office Anwendungen und sicherer Umgang mit ERP-System
