Angestellte/r als Sachbearbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

Bei der Comline Elektronik Elektrotechnik GmbH bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams und die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und den internen Fachabteilungen.

An unseren vier Produktionsstandorten fertigen wir hochwertige Kabelbäume und elektronische Komponenten für Kunden aus dem internationalen Maschinenbau. In deiner Position sorgst du dafür, dass Kundenanfragen zuverlässig bearbeitet, Abläufe optimal koordiniert und unsere Kunden rundum professionell betreut werden.

Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreiches und dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Teamarbeit, kurze Abstimmungswege und ein ausgeprägter Servicegedanke eine wichtige Rolle spielen. Wenn du gerne organisierst, den Kontakt mit Kunden schätzt und Interesse an technischen Produkten und der Welt der Elektronik mitbringst, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Aufgaben

  • Erfassen von Bestellungen und Fertigungsaufträgen im ERP-System
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Rücksprache mit der Produktionsplanung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen

Qualifikation

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • gute Office und ERP-Kenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
