### Deine Aufgaben – das erwartet Dich bei uns:

Leitung und Koordination der Aufgaben des Sachgebietes
Bearbeitung besonders anspruchsvoller Einzelfälle sowie fachlich bedeutsamer Grundsatzfälle
Bearbeitung von Gerichts- und Petitionsverfahren, insbesondere die Erstellung von Antrags- und Klageerwiderungen sowie die Teilnahme an mündlichen Verhandlungen mit Entscheidungsbefugnis
Teilnahme an Arbeitskreisen und Dienstbesprechungen auf Stadt-, Kreis-, Bezirks- und Landesebene

### Dein Profil – das bringst Du mit:

Laufbahnbefähigung für die Laufbahngruppe 2, erstes Einstiegsamt (des allgemeinen Verwaltungsdienstes NRW) oder erfolgreich abgeschlossener Verwaltungslehrgang II (Verwaltungsfachwirt*in)
Langjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) im gehobenen Verwaltungsdienst
Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Unterhaltsvorschussrecht sind von Vorteil
