Sales Contract Administrator (m/w/d) - Befristet für 2 Jahre

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kaufmännische und logistische Betreuung eines definierten Serien- und Endkundenkreises mit zum Teil schwierigen Betreuungsaufgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Serien- und Reparaturaufträgen, Garantie- und Gewährleistungsforderungen sowie Umrüstaktionen
  • Abstimmung von Terminen mit den Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Angeboten
  • Abwicklung von umfangreichen Serien- und Ersatzteilaufträgen
  • Bewertung der Liefertreue
  • Abgleich von Bestellungen mit den Vertragskonditionen und Abstimmung von Abweichungen mit dem Kunden
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen für Warenanlieferungen und Dienstleistungen idealerweise auch Abrechnungsverfahren
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferanteninformationen zu Garantie- und Kulanzfällen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann (m/w) oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung oder Zusatzqualifikation in der Vertriebssachbearbeitung oder einem ähnlichem Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Programmen
