  • Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Komponenten Anwendersupport und
  • Fehlerbehebung bei Softwareproblemen Erstellung von
  • Anwenderdokumentationen und Schulungsinhalten Pflege und
  • Aktualisierung der Wissensdatenbank Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung
  • im IT-Support, idealerweise mindestens zwei Jahre Kenntnisse im Umgang
  • mit moderner Hardware und IT-Systemen Erfahrung in Active Directory
  • und Microsoft Exchange Strukturierte, proaktive und kundenorientierte
  • Arbeitsweise Perspektiven Flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung und
  • Homeoffice-Möglichkeiten Unterstützung durch vermögenswirksame
