• THE JOB:
• As a grave shift Security Dispatcher , you will be the central communication hub for our Security Department, relaying critical information between Security Officers and Management. You’ll monitor security systems, direct emergency responses, and manage a fast-paced communication center. Your quick decision-making, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure will play a crucial role in the safety and satisfaction of our guests and staff.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.75 an hour

THE SCHEDULE:

• •Grave Shift | Full Time
• •11:15pm - 7:15am
• •Must be open and flexible to work outside of the primary schedule based on the business needs

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• •Monitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels, ensuring timely responses to potential security threats
• •Coordinate and direct Security Officers during incidents and emergencies, ensuring efficient and effective action
• •Maintain communication with the Global Security Operations Center and relay information between teams, management, and other departments via radios and telephones
• •Accurately log and maintain records of security incidents, emergencies, and communications in real-time
• •Follow established emergency protocols and coordinate with local authorities during critical situations
• •Assist in investigations by locating and retrieving relevant video footage

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• •Holds a High School Diploma or GED
• •Demonstrates proficiency in operating radio, telephone, and computer systems
• •Communicates clearly and effectively with guests, staff, and external agencies
• •Remains calm and organized in high-pressure situations
• •Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and displays strong attention to detail
