Senior Analyst, Commercial Effectiveness

• This fully remote role supports the operational effectiveness and readiness of a nationwide field sales organization.
• You will serve as the end-to-end operational owner for fleet, safety, and mobility programs while contributing to broader commercial effectiveness initiatives.
• The position combines program operations, analytics, process improvement, stakeholder management, and field enablement.
• You will use data, reporting, and performance insights to identify trends, mitigate operational and compliance risks, and support informed business decisions.
• The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, field leaders, and other stakeholders across the organization.
• You will also develop policies, procedures, training, and communications that help field teams operate safely, efficiently, and consistently.
