About the Role

Santan is AirAsia’s ASEAN F&B brand, built on affordability, value, and FUN. We’re looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who understands social media trends and knows how to create content that gets people watching, sharing, and engaging.

You’ll be involved in the entire content creation process, from coming up with ideas and filming to editing and publishing. You’ll also be the face of Santan’s social media, bringing our food, brand, and personality to life through fun and relatable content.

What You’ll Do

• •Create, film, edit, and publish short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• •Appear on camera for food reviews, skits, interviews, reactions, and other social content.
• •Identify social media trends and turn them into creative content that fits Santan’s brand.
• •Write engaging captions, video hooks, and scripts that reflect Santan’s fun and authentic personality.
• •Plan and manage content creation while keeping up with relevant trends.
• •Travel across ASEAN when required to create content at Santan outlets, food markets, events, and partner locations.
• •Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and internal teams on social media campaigns and content.
• •Track content performance and use insights to improve engagement and follower growth.

What We’re Looking For

• •1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
• •A portfolio of videos or social media content you have created.
• •Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• •Able to film and edit videos independently using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• •Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
• •Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• •Good writing and storytelling skills.
• •Willing to travel across ASEAN when required.
• •Passionate about food and ASEAN food culture.

Bonus Points

• •Experience creating food or F&B content.
• •Personal social media accounts with an established following.
• •Basic photography skills.
• •Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia or another ASEAN language.
