Senior Manager, Technical Architecture

• This role provides technical and people leadership within a Professional Services organization responsible for delivering complex identity and security solutions to customers.
• You will lead a high-performing team of Technical Architects while remaining actively engaged as a player-coach and trusted technical advisor.
• The position combines team development, customer engagement, resource planning, operational excellence, and technical architecture leadership.
• You will help customers navigate complex identity and access management challenges while ensuring successful delivery across multiple engagements.
• The role also offers significant influence over implementation methodologies, quality standards, processes, and the evolution of the broader technical architecture practice.
