### DAS ERWARTET DICH

  • Mit deinem Organisationstalent erstellst du Einsatzpläne zur Realisierung von Projektinstallationen und Service-sowie Wartungseinsätze für unser Serviceteam
  • Dabei kommt dein kaufmännisches Geschick zur Geltung, indem du die Auslastung des Serviceteams im Blick behältst und mit deiner Lösungsorientierung zu einer stetigen Prozessoptimierung beiträgst, im Sinne der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Für unsere Kundschaft bist du hierbei die erste Ansprechperson rund um die Abwicklung von Terminen
  • Ebenfalls unterstützt du bei der Planung, Durchführung und Umsetzung von Projekten, indem du auch eigenverantwortlich unsere Dienstleistungsaufträge bearbeitest

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. technische Berufsausbildung oder Vergleichbares, gerne mit erster Berufserfahrung in der Disposition
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in einem Warenwirtschaftssystem, bspw. Business Central
  • Microsoft Office siehst du als tägliches Arbeitsmittel und kannst sicher damit umgehen
  • Freude im Umgang mit der Kundschaft, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Teamgeist runden dein Profil ab
