Sr Production Associate

Job Description Summary

• Essential Functions
• •Monitors production environment using established tools and performs initial quality control for Italy Production Processes such as Dataview, SQL Analyzer, Sharepoint, Dashboard and Other third party tools
• •Execute production tasks, Quality audit, Data management and adhoc requests
• •Responds to job failures/issues and corrects problems/issues when possible according to established procedures
• •Escalates issues requiring second-level support to appropriate individuals using established call escalation procedures
• •Takes appropriate action to ensure processes are completed according to schedule provided in the Reference Data Production Schedule
• •Executes special processing requests as submitted and requests permanent changes to identified problems via action log process
• •Enters issues into problem management tool with appropriate information for follow-up and permanent resolution
• •Informs relevant production and user areas of outstanding issues that require further follow-up
• •Provides training to new/junior associates as required
• •Acts as a product-specific or procedural subject matter expert for other associates in the absence of Team Lead

• Qualifications
• •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and other related course
• •Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred
• •Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• •Good verbal and listening skills.
• •Demonstrate strong understanding of complex concepts and processes.
• •Has initiative and is self-motivated to see through until resolution concerns raised by clients.
• •Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• •Ability to guide the work of others within a team environment.
• •Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.
• •Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes.
