🧾 DEINE AUFGABEN
- Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen
- Sichtung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungsunterlagen
- Führen von Telefoninterviews und ersten Gesprächen
- Terminierung und Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Pflege von Bewerberdaten und Recruiting-Systemen
- Aktive Ansprache von Kandidaten über verschiedene Kanäle
👤 DEIN PROFIL
- ✔ Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Personalbereich von Vorteil
- ✔ Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten
- ✔ Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- ✔ Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- ✔ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
