This is a hybrid position with flexible onsite requirements. Work hours will vary based on business needs, averaging approximately 2-3 days per week throughout the year. During the first month, the consultant is expected to work onsite in Piscataway, NJ. After that, only one onsite workday per week is required. The pay rate for this position is $40-$43 per hour.

  • 3. Tax agency resolution: Process letters from tax agencies, investigate tax notices, penalties, interest, misapplied payments, registration issues, and filing discrepancies; coordinate directly with UKG and tax agencies until resolved.
  • 4. Compliance oversight: Periodically review UKG's payroll tax filing and deposit performance, monitor outstanding issues, and escalate material compliance risks.
  • 5. Year-end reconciliation: Support reconciliation of payroll tax records and W-2 reporting, including correction of identified discrepancies.
