We exist to inspire a more meaningful way of life by connecting our customers with truly good food. Over the last decade, we have built a reputation for culinary excellence, proving that eating well isn't just a choice—it's a way of life.
Job Overview: You are the "eyes" of the brand, responsible for capturing the beauty and quality of our products through world-class cinematography. You will manage the entire production lifecycle and hold full ownership of our in-house studio, ensuring a premium output for social media and advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Own the content calendar for shoots. Prepare detailed shot lists and storyboards to ensure efficient, high-volume execution.
- On-Site Filming: Lead all brand shoots, capturing high-quality video for IG Reels, YT Shorts, and long-form content with a focus on visual "hooks."
- Studio & Equipment Ownership: Responsible for the complete maintenance of the photo studio. Manage equipment inventory, ensure gear is handled safely, and maintain an organized, "ready-to-shoot" environment.
- Technical Mastery: Expert setup of 3-point lighting, gimbals, and microphone configurations for clean, professional audio and visuals.
- Aesthetic & Food Styling: Direct the "Salad Days" aesthetic—clean, vibrant, and appetizing—performing basic food styling to ensure maximum appetite appeal.
- Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and ensure raw footage is organized and technically optimized for the Video Editor.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in videography and content creation.
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of filming techniques, studio lighting setups, and audio capture.
- Studio Management: Proven ability to manage a studio space and maintain expensive cinema/photography equipment.
- Soft Skills: Strong storytelling skills, a deep understanding of visual branding, and proactive organizational habits.
- Logistics: Must be able to work on-site in Gurugram (Udyog Vihar) and handle physical setup/teardown of sets.
