Working Student IT Helpdesk (m/f/d)

Mission Brief

We move fast, build rockets, and need IT that works. This is an on-site role at our new HQ in Parsdorf. As Working Student IT Helpdesk, you will be the hands-on all-rounder who helps keep our office and shop floor running: laptops, accounts, accessories, printers, meeting rooms, shop floor devices, and whatever blocks people from getting work done.

This is not a ticket-forwarding role. You go where the problem is, fix what you can, and make sure our teams have the tools they need to execute.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

Set up laptops, accounts, phones, peripherals, and standard workplace equipment.

Support users directly in the office and on the shop floor - fast, practical, hands-on.

Troubleshoot common IT issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, meeting rooms, networks, and shop floor devices.

Prepare, hand out, collect, and maintain IT equipment.

Document simple fixes, recurring issues, and hardware inventory cleanly.

Help the IT team improve basic processes instead of repeating the same manual work forever.

Qualification Checklist

Currently enrolled as a student in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on IT experience and the willingness to fix things, instead of just talking about them.

Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware setup, networks, and common workplace IT issues.

Comfortable walking across office, production, and test areas to solve problems where they happen.

Structured, reliable, service-minded, pragmatic, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Fluent English; German is a plus.
