  • ✓ Ansprechpartner bei Fragen rund um Vertragsverlängerung und Tarifoptimierung
  • ✓ Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen mit Kündigungsabsichten
  • ✓ Rückgewinnung von Kunden mit Kündigungsabsichten
  • ✓ individuelle Produktberatung
  • ✓ Sicherstellung der Kundenbindung und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • ✓ Nachbereitung der Kundengespräche
  • Dein Profil
  • ✓ sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ✓ gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • ✓ sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office)
  • ✓ empathische, aufgeschlossene und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit viel Teamgeist
  • ✓ Andere zu beraten ist deine Stärke
  • ✓ starke Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
  • ✓ wohnhaft in Schutterwald oder pendellbarer Umgebung
  • ✓ idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Call Center Umfeld
