  • Deine Aufgaben
  • ✓ aktive Ansprache und Beratung von Neukunden sowie Aufbau eines eigenen Kundenstamms im Outbound (Bereich B2B Festnetz und Mobilfunk)
  • ✓ vertriebsorientierte Gesprächsführung mit Fokus auf Cross- und Upselling
  • ✓ Beratung und Verkauf von Telekommunikationsprodukten
  • ✓ Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und gezieltes Anbieten passender Produkte und Lösungen
  • ✓ Nachbereitung und Dokumentation der Kundengespräche
  • Dein Profil
  • ✓ Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, idealerweise im B2B-Vertrieb und/oder im Kundenservice
  • ✓ sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • ✓ PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) sind keine Herausforderung für dich
  • ✓ Überzeugungskraft durch eine positive Ausstrahlung, Sachkenntnis und Souveränität
  • ✓ sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude am Telefonieren
  • ✓ selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • ✓ idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Call Center Umfeld
