  • ✓ Beantwortung telefonischer Kundenanfragen von Bestands- und Neukunden
  • ✓ vertriebsorientierte Gesprächsführung zu Produkten, Tarifen und Preisen
  • ✓ Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen z.B. bei Tarifumstellungen, Vertragsoptimierungen und der Vermarktung neuer Produkte
  • ✓ Nachbereitung der Kundengespräche
  • Dein Profil
  • ✓ sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • ✓ idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Call Center Umfeld
  • ✓ PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) sind keine Herausforderung für dich
  • ✓ Vertriebsgeschick und starke Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • ✓ selbstständiges sowie gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
  • ✓ ob Früh-, Spätschicht oder Wochenende – du bist flexibel einsetzbar
