Für ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen aus der Medizintechnik suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams.

Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung alles reibungslos läuft. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Vertrieb, Logistik und weiteren internen Abteilungen zusammen.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen im ERP-System
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Auftragsstatus
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Klärung von Lieferengpässen und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik und Einkauf
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben im Customer Service
