Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Vertriebsinnendienst suchen wir ab dem 01.01.2027 für unseren Standort in 91287 Plech einen

Sachbearbeiter Customer Service / Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

in Teilzeit (max. 25 Std.)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Anlage und Pflege von Aufträgen im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Organisation und Abwicklung des nationalen und internationalen Warenversands
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs im Innendienst
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Auswertungen und Berichte
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Customer Service, Vertriebsinnendienst oder im Auftragsmanagement
  • Sichere Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Erfahrungen mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen
