Anlaufstelle bei IT-Störungen oder Anwender-Problemen im Hard- und
Softwarebereich Problemerfassung und Dokumentation mithilfe eines
Ticketsystems Entgegennahme von Anrufen Weiterleitung von komplexen
Anfragen Grundlegende Diagnose und einfache Fehlerbehebung Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik,
Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Problemlösungskompetenz Kenntnisse in Computerhardware,
Betriebssystemen, Netzwerken und Standardsoftware Teamfähigkeit
