  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Individuelle Begleitung und Förderung von Kindern im Kita-Alltag
  • Gestaltung von pädagogischen Angeboten zur Entwicklungsförderung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Kolleg:innen und externen Fachstellen
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklungsfortschritte der Kinder
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten und Team-Meetings
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Kindheitspädagogen (m/w/d)
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
