Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams am Standort Berlin suchen wir Mitarbeiterim Kundensupport (m/w/d) .

  • Dein Aufgabengebiet
  • Terminvereinbarung für Hausanschlüsse
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
  • Eigenständige Klärung von Kundenanfragen rund um die Herstellung von Hausanschlüssen
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenbeschwerden
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten in Auftraggeber Portalen
  • Deine Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung im Kundensupport (direkter oder indirekter Kundensupport)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Erfahrung in Datenpflege
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis technischer Prozesse, insbesondere im Bereich Hausanschlussherstellung oder vergleichbarer Infrastrukturthemen
  • Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • IT-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
