Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy & Development

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy provides analytical, research, and decision-support capabilities across the Corporate Strategy function. This role supports strategic planning, market intelligence, corporate development, and strategic initiatives by delivering fact-based insights, financial analysis, and executive-ready materials. The Analyst works closely with strategy managers and business leaders to help evaluate opportunities, understand market dynamics, and support enterprise decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Research

• •Conduct industry, market, customer, and competitor research.
• •Monitor market trends, emerging opportunities, and strategic developments.
• •Develop market landscapes, company profiles, and competitive analyses.
• •Support market sizing and growth opportunity assessments.

Strategic Planning Support

• •Assist with annual and long-range strategic planning activities.
• •Gather, organize, and analyze information to support strategic decision-making.
• •Support development of strategy presentations and planning materials.
• •Analyze business performance trends and key strategic metrics.

Corporate Development Support

• •Research acquisition targets and strategic opportunities.
• •Support investment thesis development and target screening activities.
• •Assist with due diligence coordination and analysis.
• •Prepare materials for acquisition and investment evaluations.

Analytics & Decision Support

• •Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• •Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses related to strategic initiatives.
• •Develop executive-ready summaries and presentations.
• •Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of strategic analyses.

Knowledge Management

• •Maintain research databases, market intelligence resources, and team templates.
• •Build reusable models, tools, and frameworks that improve team productivity.
• •Support AI-enabled research and analytical workflows.

Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• •2-6 years of relevant analytical experience.
• •Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex analyses and strategic projects.
