As a Senior Analyst, Support Services, you will provide advanced technical and application support to internal and external users through phone, email, chat, and support ticket channels. You will troubleshoot software, connectivity, and IT issues while ensuring questions are resolved efficiently or escalated to the appropriate teams. The role combines hands-on problem solving with user education, documentation, and continuous improvement of support processes. You will work closely with IT and application teams to optimize healthcare applications and help maintain reliable service delivery. You will also support junior team members, contribute to knowledge resources, and assist with projects and application enhancements.
